We want you to love your Missoma pieces, but if they aren't quite right, you can return your items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all jewelry is returned in its original packaging and in unworn condition.

Package Your Jewelry
Place the items securely in their original Missoma gift boxes and use the original shipping carton to ensure the pieces are protected during transit.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival.
